Erin Dobbs
Erin has been part of the aeromodeling community for nearly two decades. She works actively with the Academy of Model Aeronautics helping clubs and orchestrating events. Erin has worked with clubs across the country get started, find or preserve flying sites, and market their events. Erin also has volunteered her time for numerous events including the Indiana Warbird Campaign and Nats. She also maintains various AMA programs such as the Flying Site Grant Program, Leader Clubs and the Hobby Shop Program.
Chris Savage
Chris joined the Academy of Model Aeronautics a few years ago and has been very active. He has worked on projects for the National Model Aviation Museum, government relations, and membership. Many of the covers of Model Aviation over the past few years were also designed by Chris. When Chris isn’t working on a project, you can find Chris in the backyard of the AMA on the flying field.

Another great benefit from AMA! thanks
Is there any relief in the FAA Registration Regulation for those of us who are FAA licensed pilots? Furthermore, in my case, I’m not only a FAA licensed professional pilot and AMA member but also a retired FAA Aviation Safety Inspector. I personally feel those of us who are RC (UAS) hobbyists with any of the aforementioned credentials should be exempt from the registration requirement.
